5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

48 hours’ notice required for rescheduling
72+ hours cancellation may qualify for deposit refund
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture

Silent Grove Studios reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including content, approvals, and materials. Delays may impact timelines and may result in additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property
